The Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns.
What will you do?
Preparing, filing and retrieving sales-related documents, like contracts
Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team
Make invoices of each shipments
Design and renew sales proposals
What do we expect from you?
Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator.
Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular
Hands-on experience with CRM software
Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
Organizational and time-management skills
BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
