The Account Coordinator provides overall day-to-day customer service and support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives in marketing and advertising campaigns.
What will you do?
- Preparing, filing and retrieving sales-related documents, like contracts
- Coordinate meetings, calls and demos for the Account Management team
- Make invoices of each shipments
- Design and renew sales proposals
What do we expect from you?
- Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator
- Excellent computer skills MS Office in particular
- Hands-on experience with CRM software
- Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Organizational and time-management skills
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
